7. Data Retention and Deletion

Account data: We retain your email and QR code data only as long as your account is active.
Analytics data: Retention of aggregated QR code scan statistics depends on your subscription tier:
Free Plan: Analytics data is retained for 30 days from the date of collection.
Professional Plan: Analytics data is retained for up to 90 days from the date of collection.
Business Plan: Analytics data is retained for as long as your Business subscription remains active, enabling historical reporting and trend analysis. Upon downgrade or cancellation of the Business plan, retained analytics data will be subject to the retention period of your new tier or deleted within 30 days, whichever is shorter.
After the applicable retention period expires, analytics data is automatically anonymized in aggregated reports or permanently deleted from our systems.
Account deletion: You may delete your account at any time via the "Delete Account" button in your dashboard. Upon deletion:
All personal data associated with your account is permanently removed from our active databases
Generated QR codes and associated analytics are deleted
Backup systems are updated within 7 days to reflect deletion

8. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Request deletion of your account and associated data
