A logo sits on top of the QR code's data modules, so the code leans on error correction to stay readable. Keep the logo small — 20% of the code width is the default and a good target. The bigger the logo, the more the code depends on error correction.
Keep strong contrast between the QR dots and the background, and keep the quiet zone — the empty margin around the code — clear of text and graphics. On Pro and Business plans you can raise error correction to Q (25%) or H (30%) for extra safety margin; higher levels make the pattern denser.
Before printing, scan the finished code with several phones and camera apps — older Android cameras in particular struggle with stylized codes. Test one copy before printing thousands, and pick the right print size for your scanning distance.

Can I add a logo to a QR code?
Yes. QoreQR lets you upload a logo (PNG, JPG, or WebP) and place it in the center of your QR code. Logo upload is available on Pro and Business plans; on the Free plan QR codes carry the QoreQR app logo.
Usually yes, if the logo is small and the code has enough contrast. QR codes have built-in error correction, and QoreQR caps the logo at 30% of the code area (20% by default). QoreQR does not force a specific error-correction level when you add a logo — M is the default, and Pro/Business plans can raise it to Q or H for a bigger safety margin. Always test the finished code on a few phones before printing.
PNG with a transparent background works best. Use a high-resolution PNG (at least 500×500 px) if the QR code will be printed. JPG and WebP are also supported, but JPG may show a visible background box. SVG files are not supported.
The QoreQR slider runs from 10% to 30% of the QR code width, with 20% as the default. Stay near the default when possible: the more modules the logo covers, the more the code depends on error correction to remain readable.
